✅ Eligibility for Return / Exchange

We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:

• You received a damaged product
• You received the wrong item

⏳ Time Frame

• Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
• Requests after this period will not be accepted

📸 Proof Required

To process your request, please share:

• Clear photos/videos of the product
• Images of packaging (if damaged)

Send details via email or WhatsApp (as per your store contact).

📦 Return Conditions

• Product must be unused and in original condition
• Original packaging should be intact

🔄 Exchange Process

Once your request is approved:

• We will arrange a replacement product, OR
• Provide a store credit (if replacement is unavailable)

💸 Refunds

Refunds are applicable only if:

• Replacement is not available

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind
• Minor color/design variations
• Used or damaged products (not reported within 48 hrs)

🚚 Return Shipping

• In case of damaged/wrong items → we bear the shipping cost
• In other cases (if approved) → customer may bear return shipping
